SKYR is a traditional Icelandic fermented milk product (Icelandic yoghurt) that is significantly thicker and creamier than classic yoghurt, and in terms of structure and consistency resembles soft cottage cheese.

In order to produce 1 kg of 'z bregov PROTEIN SKYR Icelandic yoghurt, about 4 l of skimmed milk are needed.
