SKYR is a traditional Icelandic fermented milk product (Icelandic yoghurt) that is much thicker and creamier than classic yoghurt and resembles soft cottage cheese in structure and consistency.

To produce 1 kg of 'z bregov PROTEIN SKYR Icelandic yoghurt, about 4 l of skimmed milk are needed. 

‘z bregov Protein skyr strawberry:

  • high protein content (9.1 %) - 18 g protein per serving
  • carbohydrate content of 9.2%
  • fat-free
  • high content of calcium and other micronutrients (minerals/vitamins) naturally present in milk.
