SKYR is a traditional Icelandic fermented milk product (Icelandic yoghurt) that is much thicker and creamier than classic yoghurt and resembles soft cottage cheese in structure and consistency.
To produce 1 kg of 'z bregov PROTEIN SKYR Icelandic yoghurt, about 4 l of skimmed milk are needed.

- carbohydrate content of 4%
- fat-free
- high content of calcium and other micronutrients (minerals/vitamins) naturally present in milk.
